Something’s telling me they’re trying to cover up what’s going on.

They are different jurisdictions but in this case, technically a Sheriff > LT. A Sheriff is an elected official of a County (the highest law enforcement position) and has Deputy Sheriffs working under them. A LT reports to a Captain.

First I thought "How the heck could they know where to go, but the it appeared to me: The sheriff had called a medical examiner from Holbrook so that's how word got out. At least that would be the easiest explanation, beside of course aliens.

It still seems like a bunch of coincidences. One might think they knew of this body before. But if they did... why wait until now to remove it? Unless, aliens. That would explain everything and nothing.

(Also... Might be a case of pareidolia, I'm susceptible to this, but the badge that the "Navajo Nation Police" guys wear looks like a smiling face with a huge nose to me.)
