it's only just occurred to me those "windows" (assuming they are not holographic projectors) must be crazy-good camouflaged on the outside. otherwise MOONBASE should have been super easy to find, even for the authorities.

or maybe it's just a large *painting* of the outside.

haha I like that you keep going back to this! I can say that it's sorta hidden, bc it's in a unused canyon type thing, hard to get to/forgotten. And those windows are indeed-- windows!

lol, well, i have to admit i secretly have been believing that joseph yazzie is the most competent and effective detective in all of the south-west. yes, i am biased! and so, since he's actually been on the lookout for this place, possibly for years, i feel like i need to come up with rationalizations for why he hadn't found it before.

it is notoriously hard to keep a conspiracy quiet ... and i'm wondering, is it only the rez police force who don't know where this is? there's a lot of names on that wall after all. but if this place existed when joseph was a kid, surely he would have known about it.

so yea. the whole situation is like a big ball of mental yarn, and i'm just a kitten who can't stop playing with it. =)

in the final analysis though i am glad to know they are windows -- otherwise logan was growing a very suspicious alien antenna. but no, whew, it's just a cracked window.

I was also wondering how windows that look to be... 20+ feet, could be missed from the outside.

Also, I want to make this place a clubhouse.

The room is brightly lighted. The lower levels were in darkness. So there is no power for the facility. It doesn't make sense to have a large window area in a bunker. It looks likes 1950 era technology. It looks like possibly the upper level office was cleared out to make room for what ever was going on there, so I guess we need to wait until the investigation reaches that room before we know what the story is. The fact that the main window did not get broken out is interesting.
