June 4, 2019 Good grief. The amount of details behind the scene and what was left on it. THIS is big.
June 4, 2019 This page is incredible.

The pure whiteness of the flowers almost seems to glow against the pure black background. Because it breaks the panel, I can feel the pure evil swirling within that cigarette smoke as it drifts off-page towards me. And that shaded eye! That left eye, hidden in *both* panels! Aaaah!

Well done.
June 10, 2019 Wow! Thanks for the detailed comment :D This was a fun page.
June 9, 2019 What is the symbolism of the Left Eye in Navajo culture? All I could find was Eygptian mythos, and that didn't make sense.
June 10, 2019 I am not sure if there is one tbh. Mostly (to me at least) he is obviously hiding something... he appears ominous, threatening, secretive-- if eyes are windows to the soul, this is a guy who doesn't want anyone looking.
June 18, 2019 be still my beating heart cuz I love this page SO much
August 3, 2019 I wonder how he got involved, then. Stuff isn’t illegal, is it? It grows wild where I live, after all.
March 25, 2020 OK, if McHenry had put it like that before mentioning Indian Affairs and Navajo Council... But then: The reason of death is yet unknown and why & how should a drug-caused death go viral, any more than under his "custody"? This gets more and more fishy!!

(Also, completely unrelated: There is an artist who goes by the name "White Datura" who creates beautiful digital paintings but some of these are... disturbing and NSFW.)
September 12, 2022 Panel three, second bal... er, square: "Its effects..." doesn't need an apostrophe.
September 30, 2022 this one slipped us. Oh well.
