And now I’m forced to spend hours trying to analyze the expression on Dewey’s face. Which means analyzing his eyebrow motion, because nothing else moves. Did that right eyebrow arch? Are they a little closer together on that last frame? So I’m looking at “expectation”, “puzzlement“, and “wtf?” Damn these stoic types...

Good observation on the eyebrows. Eyes seem to change a bit, too, but... yeah, expectation, puzzlement, wtf. Can't be all sure, I guess I had to know Dewey a bit better to make more out of it. (Is that a bit of surprise in panel 2 and 3? Can't tell.)
